don't pronounce the "n" in the middle of the word.
In fact, until reading this thread, I hadn't
even realized that there  _is_  an "n" there!
As Sherlock Holmes was reputed to have said to
Dr. Watson: "You see, but you don't observe!"  How true!
(Actually, I think that I pronounce it closer to
[b&:mI?n], dropping the "d", but lengthening the preceding
vowel to compensate, and dropping the final vowel, leaving
a syllabic "n".)
    BTW, for what it's worth, I pronounce "Tuesday"
as [tuzdej] and "Wednesday" as [wEnsdej].
