Just take ya a couple a overripe nanners, mash 'em up
all lumpy-like, mix ya in a couple a heapin spoons a
peanutbutter an a bita sugar an mix it right up.  Now
it'll look like tarnation, but its good as all git
out. Now juss slather that on a slice of bread and
fold it up half-wise and there you go.  Ambrosia on
bread.
