It helps if you write your dreams down somewhere,
like in a notebook. Paying attention to them not
only helps you remember them better, but they can
also form the bases for stories or concultural
elements that might otherwise be missing. (For
example, the whole notion of the Talarian
quarterholidays known collectively as Bishop's
Dance Thursday came in dreams. All four are now
filled out; and if I never wrote a dream down,
this aspect of Talarian culture would not exist.)
