He does make that assumption, doesn't he :) But there are also key layouts
for one-handed Dvorak, left and right (the only reason I didn't use the
left-hand one the other day is that I never learned it).
Let me see if I can find the appropriate xmodmap files for them...
Ooh, even better. The files have a layout printed in 'em. I don't know
whether Dvorak himself came up with these layouts, or whether somebody
adapted his work. Uck, they have the [ over ] business, that would drive
me crazy (the keymapping I'm using alleges itself to be "ANSI Dvorak keyboard"
and puts [{ on - and ]} on =).
