Yes, I am the creator. The language as it stands is essentially complete
except for the lexicon. I currently have just under 1000 of the 3600
semantic roots of the lexicon identified each with their 18 stems, and have
about another 1000 roots tentatively identified without the derived stems yet.
I have also worked out a complete revision of the language's
morpho-phonology to reduce the number of phonemes from 82 to 62 in order to
make the language easier to pronounce (as requested by several people who
claim they want to learn it), but won't be publishing this revision for
several years, as it will require me to rework all the examples and revise
the entire website, which I simply don't have the time to do right now.
