OK, I got off my butt and generated some random vocabulary to go with my idea of a version of AllNoun linked by clause-wide vowel harmony. Then I tried to use it to re-code AllNoun's PaterNoster translation. Dreadful. Utterly dreadful. Couldn't even finish it so I could post it here. It's back to more naturalistic conlangs to me...
