They are usually doubled in particular spots, but sound slightly, if any,
different then _mike_ would be. Yes, _mike_ would be possible, but would
mean the exact same thing, no change in meaning whatsoever.
Maybe different dialects would use _mike_ rather than _mikke_. Bus as far
as it goes for now, _mikke_ is the default...
BTW: _Fakatinál kúsal Ailuánnu Núnai_ means?
