Virama

I was looking through the unicode pages of Indic scripts, and I saw that
Tamil for instance uses a dot above the glyph for the virama. Since a dot
above a glyph in Ranaka is the mark for /e/, i thought i'd use a small
circle for it. The change comes mostly because I didnt like how the hooked
virama looked in passages of length (It looked like a full character, and
out of place).
Barry, the one who keeps changing his mind on how his script should look
even after he's done several script styles. =).
