Yes. BTW the Swedish sound Andreas refers to is properly
designated as a sublamino-postalveolar trill. A truly
retroflex trill, with the kind of retroflexion found in
Tamil, is probably harder to make. The Tamil retroflex
rhotic is an approximant.
