Here is my opinion:

This is the example people always give of Arabic. :)

These both seem dynamic to me. The difference is that say is transitive,
whereas speak is intransitive (ie you don't say what was said usually
with "speak").
> die | kill
Again, both dynamic. The relationship between them is causative not
dynamic vs stative. "to be dead"/"to have died" is stative.

> get | take *
Get and take both seem to me to be dynamic as well.
>
> know | learn
This is a pair. :) Learn is dynamic, know is stative.
> see | watch, look
> hear | listen
> feel | touch

These are pairs also I think. :)
