As stated in the original message, its a Biblical quote. Therefore the
source is presumably the original scripture. The first epistle of Paul to
the Corinthians is part of the New Testament and therefore the original
language would be Greek. If you'd been reading the thread you would see
that I sent the Greek version to the list already, along with Jerome's
Vulgar Latin translation of it.
