Two? Two? AFAIK there is only one involving CONLANG participants, being run
by Bob Greenwade. I have an address relay@valdyas.org but that may just be
headquarters, not the actual relay. It began IIRC _way_ last Sept/Oct and
at last reports was almost finished, though recent info about its status has
been somewhat...sporadic.
Other lists have taken up the relay idea, but I don't know much about those.
