They other relay takes place in a special Yahoo! group
(http://groups.yahoo.com/group/conlangrelay). The current relay is run by
Natalia Laurila, and - like the Seventh Relay - seems to have died prematurely.

That's not entirely true. People from outside Conlang have participated in
Bob's relay, and people from Conlang (like me) participate in the other relay
(which was preceded by another relay, called "Relay number six-and-a-half").
