Well, of course Trurl the Constructor did that, to amuse an
exiled dictator, with strange results. I am hoping to find
a way to do that inside the computer: input a natlang lexicon,
change it, output a new conlang to spec. Some parts of the
process, I have had amusing results already, but ...
it may take a while longer!
