I think he mentions a little about it towards the end of _To Sail Beyond the Sunset_, and there may be more in _Time Enough for Love_. But no quotations, at least within my incomplete knowledge of his work - all I remember about is that it's got lots of input from English and Spanish and has a simple grammar.
