My proposal is a simplified Romany based on its Lovari dialect:
relative simple grammar (that may be made more simple), small stable
vocabulary with flexible borrowing capabilities from the language of
the actual environment (so-called mobile vocabulary).
(However, I think that nothing is able to beat the English [maybe the
situation could change after a century or so]. I would be contented if
we could pidginize English a bit for interethnical communicational
purposes.)

Some reflections here because I exhausted my daily limit:

Unfortunately finnougristics had a plenty of diacritical marks that
are not supported even by Unicode. And you have to have multiple
versions of those marks to combine with each other (e.g. acute alone,
acute that can be joined with caron, etc.)

I will come back to the other PFU / Hungarian threads tomorrow.
