I was talking about Web browsers and HTML encodings; Internet Explorer does
allow viewing in UTF-7 and UTF-8, but not UTF-16 yet. Same goes for Outlook
Express at least.
And not even XP works with Unicode beyond the BMP either. 'Ts a shame,
because I'm looking forward to being able to use the Musical Symbols area in
Plane 1.
