Well, they didn't exactly say it in rtemmu,
but if they had wanted to, that's how it would be.  :-)

argavi = emphatic form of "va'i", the emotion indicator;

g~am-  = negation, lack of ;  (g~  =  [N])

xrupu  =  the process of being a spoon

And let us not get into the various rates at which
the non-existent spoon-process might be developing!
(Anyhow, in rtemmu, rate-of change markers
following "va'i" or "arvagi" may be optionally
not expressed.)
