I think a kind of extended form of txt (with a few more vowels) will one day become the normal colloquial form of writing. Of course, this'll be hell for foreigners, learning that 'are' is spelt 'r' and prounounced /A:/(or /A:r/). My classmates write extended notes to each other in lessons, with some form of txt. (it's not actually txt, it is legible to some degree, and has vowels). Problem is, it'll increase Maggelity(or Etabnannery) yet again.
