Venn-geful diagram of the English Catenatives

I've updated my diagram, I'm currently looking for examples of verbs
linked by "and" such as "come and get (it)", "get up and go", "come up and
see (me some time)", "get down and boogie", "wait and see"; and verbs
followed by the bare infinitive that aren't modals like "go get (it)", "go
figure", "come fly (with me.)" I'd particularly like ones without "come"
or "go" I though "slam dunk", but I'm not sure that it counts as two
seperate verbs.
