Presumably, like "f**k off!", it means: "Go far away and do the relevant
action'. I friend of mine used to paraphrase the latter as: "Go to a far
region & multiply!"
Other phrases with similar meanings this side of the pond are:
"Bog off!" - go far away & use the bog (i.e. lavatory)
"Sod off!" - go far away & commit sodomy

Basically, these phrases all seem to mean:
You're a disgusting pest so get as far away as you can and get on with your
digusting (in mt view) activity - I don't want to know about it.
