"Technically" is sort of like "by the literal definition", especially where
that definition runs AGAINST common knowledge or sense. Using a loophole in
the law, one can "technically" not have committed a crime, even when most
people's common sense might tell them that something was done wrong.
Likewise, a human does not meet a strict (monetary) definition of "worth",
but is "worth" a lot outside the "technical" definition. Although your meat
and other assorted parts could be sold by the pound... but that's a (con)
cultural matter.

I used |nap toc'iksoim| "by (the) exact", which I glossed in the
interlinear as "by the literal". Rhean does not have a word for "literal"
yet.

I see the word |vulrrilbet| "money-wise" in your text. You might have used
that, to say "money-wise, humans aren't worth anything".
