Hmm. Well, it would take some practice. It's not too hard for me to
produce nonsense syllables.

Getting it to sound like real speech would be a pretty neat trick, but
it could probably be done with a little practice. You'd have to decide
in advance a bit about the phonology so that it sounds consistent and
realistic.
