It's the same system used to add extra cases in Loglan/Lojban, and the only
principle used to mark cases in Voksigid.  It can be called "instrumental"
if you take a sufficiently broad view of instruments:  for example,
most people wouldn't call "with-creator", "with-agent", "with-controller",
or "with-compeller" instrumental cases, despite the "with".
