Okay, I've been thinking about the orthography, and I've decided to
tweak it a bit.

Vowels remain the same. A clarification, the diphthongs ea, oa, eo, and
oe represent /ea/ /oa/ /eo/ and /oe/, not */Ea/, etc.

A few changes in consonants:
b = /b/ after {n} or {m}
    /v/ elsewhere
bb = /b/
bf = /bv/
c = /ts/ before i or e
    /k/ after {n} or word-initial
    /x/ elsewhere
       {nci} = /ntsi/
cc = /k/
ch = /ts/ (note: <h> indicates a small dot in the original script)
d = /dZ/ before i or e
    /d/ after {n}, {l}, or {r}
    /D/ elsewhere (/v/ or /z/ in some dialects)
dd = /d/
dh = /dZ/
dl = /L/ (voiced lateral fricative)
f = /f/
g = /dz/ before i or e
    /g/ after {n}
    /G/ elsewhere
gg = /g/
gh = /dz/
h not used
j not used
k = /k/
l = /l/
m = /m/
n = /n/, /N/ before velars, /m/ before labials
p = /p/ after m or word-initial
    /f/ elsewhere
pp = /p/
pf = /pf/
q  not used
r = /l/
s = /s/
st = /S/ before i or e
sth = /S/
t = /tS/ before i or e
    /t/ after n, l, or r
    /T/ elsewhere (/f/ or /s/ in some dialects)
tt = /t/
tl = /K/ (voiceless lateral fricative)
th = /tS/
v not used
w not used
x = /x/ (only word-initially)
y = /Z/
z = /z/
