How can CALS build at all on WALS? WALS seems to be using the
Creative Commons license Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative
Works 2.0 Germany (<http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.0/
de/deed.en>), which says "No Derivative Works. You may not alter,
transform, or build upon this work."
