Somewhere between Start and Finish, but not quite there yet.
My oldest (surviving) conlang (and culture) is Talarian, begun
some 15 or 20 years ago. It's been worked on sporadically, but
has garnered much recent focus.

Your expertise in Breton (and Celtic matters in general) will
be welcome over on Celticonlang (via egroups.com) as well, if
