Con-Alphabets & Real Languages

Inspired by the different modes of Tengwar, I added a few more
characters to my original con-alphabet for Obrenje to allow more for
more language modes. It seems to work nicely with English, German and
Latin so far.

The traditional way of writing Obrenje is with superscript vowels,
which seemed a bit too constrictive for use with other langs. Also, I
found the alphabet mode to be visually more attractive than the
superscript mode...

...though it looks somewhat neater in the calligraphy font. =)

You might have noticed that the script has some resemblance to Tengwar,
especially as far as the consonant patterns and the vowel carrier is
concerned. Rest assured, though, that I devised my script before I
(consciously?) came into contact with Tengwar. I used to call the vowel
carrier the void consonant then. =P

Anyway, has anybody else given thought to the representation of foreign
languages in your conscripts?
