No. There's now also the addition of /tS)/ for /t_S/ etc. Primary stress
can be marked by /'/ and secondary with /,/ hence /'T8:,tijn/ or
/"T8:%tijn/. There's also /I\/ and /U\/ for lax /1/ and /}/ (which,
though marked on the chart on conlanglinks, are not, I don't think, real
parts of XSampa). /1/ and /}/ can also be replaced with the more
readable and distinct /i\/ and /u\/. I'm not sure what's done with the
small caps OE ligature (which loses its thing because of /&/ being
ash)---it doesn't come up that often. I guess we could call it /*/ or
something.
