Also vice versa.
Likewise it is pretty common to use ' and " for primary and secondary
stress, rather than " and %; this technically overlaps with the X-SAMPA
and IPA use of ' for ejectives, but rarely causes any confusion.
Both of these changes reflect Kirshenbaum's alternative ASCII-IPA.
