Well, after once trying, it seems all of my artlangs boil do this. I
*tried* to use a verb/noun distinction in S11, but it felt like such
an arbitrary distinction when I tried to formulate the border between
the classes. I eventually changed grammar to account for my
preferences. :-)
So from my pool of conlangs, you can add to your list:
Fukhian
Tyl Sjok
Qþyn|gài
S11 (to be renamed)
Nibuzigu
Fukhian is a little different. At the time of creation, the Internet
either did not exist or not to me, so I had not looked at other
conlangs to learn from. And being my first conlang, I had no abstract
goal as with the other conlangs. The original conlang grammar lists
three word classes: verbs, nouns, and adjectives. However, it seems
that I already felt that noun/verb distinction is basically a matter
of usage, so a later reanalysis revealed that there are no traces of
formal distinction of noun and verb stems in the lexicon or grammar.
However, the language's adjectives are definitely a distinct word
class.
