um... just out of curiosity.. how many grades does that include..?
my old high school was two separate facilities separated by a field
with Medill Bair schooling the 9th and 10th graders and Pennsbury
High School schooling the 11th and 12th graders... _each_ school
had/has upwards of 1,500 students... or are you saying that it's
unusual because it's small..?

well.. first, long ago in kindergarten or first grade they taught us
how to count to ten in Spanish :)... then we had a sampling of
German, Spanish, and French in middle school (8th grade) and that was
to help us decide which language we wanted to take in high school
where every student needed three (i think... possibly only two... i
never paid attention because i fully intended to take four years of
German...) language credits to graduate... they offered German,
Spanish, and French 1-4 and honors or AP level 5 classes if you
wanted to "double up"... we had intensive scheduling there so there
were two semesters a year and we ended up with more electives than we
would have gotten under normal scheduling...
