Changing letters due to context and anchors. The guys of SIL
somehow got anchors to work in Doulos SIL, but I don't
understand what I do wrong then. Anchors are used to tell
the font rendering engine where *exactly* to place
diacritics, which is important in my script, since there can
be stacked quite a number of accents on, under, before and
after a consonant. Look at the Javanese script for example.
I also think that not all Windows applications care for my
kerning instructions.
