Zero!! Why I barely know my own. I think you will find very few on this
list that have learned someone else's conlang. There are a lot of
obstacles, among them: 1) Many conlangs are still very sketchy and too
incomplete either lexically or syntactically. 2) Conlangs tend to change
radically and often making it difficult for an outsider to keep up. 3) Not
many conlangs are documented sufficiently to provide the necessary training
materials.

Who is still not fluent in his own conlang,
but might like to learn Nur-ellen :-)
