Whatever you choose to do, I reccomend getting a redirection service
(http://www.cjb.net/ is quite good), especially if you use your ISP's, so
that if you ever decide/need to change your addy, people can still go to the
same address, and be redirected to your newer one, rather than your older.
(for example, http://zsau.cjb.net/ used to go to http://livin4.com/~zsau/,
but now goes to http://zsau.hobbiton.org/ (and if I ever decide to buy my
own domain name, for eg, it can go to there, so that old links will still
work))
