What about "abilitism"? IME even those against ageism, sexism, racism...
are happily unaware of the fact that disabled people are being
discriminated. Sure we get pensions, transportations, wheelchairs etc.,
but we are routinely discriminated against when it comes to employment. Do
you have to walk to be able to *write* well? is what I always ask them when
I get turned down.
