I personally play it by ear, though I try to have some sort of basis
for word creation so I have a starting point to work from. For example,
Rav Zarruvo has an imitative base, with most of the words either imitating
or somehow suggesting by sound what they refer to. For Klymaksii, I'm
using a much less poetic method, drawing simple but obscure words from
English slang and other sources for my root words.
