Austria and Hungary exist as separate countries. There is a map
at Frank's site. Recall that to the northwest is Germany and
to the north is the Republic of the Two Crowns. In between A-H
and the Republic is an unknown quantity of land that *here* is
Checkoslovakia. Presumably to the east is the Ukraine.
