Posted one back in September. But rather than excavating that from the
archives, check out http://andjo.free.fr/conlang/meghean.html; it's more
comprehensive and up-to-date.
Sound files are unlikely in the near future at least. I'm hoping to finish and
post a Pater Noster during the holidays, or _Mephaph_ as it would be known in
Meghean.
