clicks and tones.  I really need to find time to go
back and work on something other than Carrajena.  I

I had a real problem with what to do about "Shinar" in
the Babel text when I did q~'u^pl!  None of the sounds
in /Sai)nAr/ nor any approximation thereof exist in
the language.  I ended up leaving it untranslated (and
unpronounceable).
