I don't know if there's any "501 Classical Greek Verbs" book, but the
traditional "Greek Grammar" by Herbert Weir Smyth (that's [smaiT])
has pages like that, including both thematic and athematic verbs. It also
has loads of other grammar tables.

Wow -- thanks for mentioning that. I might be taking Georgian up
at Chicago for my non-IE language.
