In my own material, I use the flag of the Garden State, which is my home
territory. Incidentally, we in New Jersey, especially those of Italo-American
extraction, often say "yous" when speaking to more than one person (pronounced
like "yuhz," not "yooz," which I've also heard). This is considered a
substandard form, even among New Jerseyans. Nevertheless, I think that the New
Jersey flag is more appropriate for the variety of English that I use than
either the UK or the US flag (though it's not very well-known).
