Actually, according to my dictionary, the stress is on the -mente. It
says:
Adjectives that have a written accent retain the accent when adding
-mente to form adverbs, even though the stress shifts to the syllable
before the last: fácilmente, últimamente, cortésmente
Tho in another section it says the "principal stress moves to the
penultimate syllable", suggesting that there might be a secondary
stress.
