It's _Euskara_ (Eskuara is a dialect of Euskara, spoken in France). And that
doesn't count anyway as they call their "country" (in quotes since it has no
legal existence :( ) _Euskaldi_.
Actually, it's even the worst example you could give since foreigners usually
call their nation in a variation of "the Basque country" and their
language "Basque", while they themselves call their nation "Euskaldi" and their
language "Euskara". In both cases the name of the country and the name of the
language are closely related.
