Forgot to mention: Tech will be head-first in noun phrases (adjectives follow nouns, except for numbers and cases similar to _pauvre homme_ and _grand-mère_ in French), but demonstrative and relative pronouns and the definite article precede the noun. Adjectives can function as either nouns or verbs, so X\-l-b "white" can appear as /X\@lb/ "white thing" and /X\l@b/ "he whitened, bleached".
