think that's a bit low, so what we could do instead is

  I'll post the recipes I was going to use, and you
folks could still translate them to provide something
for the cookbook. I hope, actually, to post about a
dozen recipes within the month of August (we'll see
how I do). First one will be "Carhyl Preda a Cearca" -
a casserole of potato and chicken.

  I've actually made this several times now, sort of a
scalloped potato dish with chicken and sausage and
onions. It's always gotten rave reviews.
