The person who wrote it also did an article "linking" basque to celtic or
ogham (i forget, i read it a while ago). He seems to make far flung
theories, and seems to be a bit stuck on Basque. He seems to be with the
conspiracy theory type crowd (you know, hes the "i can explain why all of
these unconnected things are connected" types) Anyway, i would be very
cautious.
