I miss read you not a whit. The other dude (whose name I think *I* was the
guilty party in deleting from the post) said he only rounds the "wr". You
said didn't think anyone distinguished them. I said that until I saw the
other guy's post I thought I was the only one who *did* distinguish them.
Now I know there at least two weirdos -- me and the other guy. You are
perfectly normal in smurging them together like the other sumpty bajillion
English speakers. Though I suspect a good many smurgers smurge in the
unrounded direction.
