Do try to include Ottoman Turkish.
(You can find some resources in the [long] thread I started in 1998 in
sci.lang and soc.culture.turkish; search on groups.google.com for the
thread with the title "Using Arabic alphabet to write Turkish" posted
by "Philip Newton" on 4 May 1998.
The thread branches off into other things, but there are a few good
posts describing how Arabic was adapted to Turkish, and links to at
least one site which contained samples of such writing.)
