Neat idea!>>> Noted. If people are interested, I'll try. <<<

Perhaps dormant, but sometimes having outbursts of enormous activity.>>> By word "dormant" I meant "showing no activity withing last week" :) <<<As I wrote to you on Slavi ~, I doubt whether broadening the range of langs is really a solution. How many conlangs are based on the examples you give above?>>> Even if there are none now, they may appear in future, even today! <<<And then there is the question: when I have something to say about my Slavo-Romance conlang Wenedyk, should I post it to Romance~, to Slavi~ or to Conlang? I've been cross-posting for a while, but it means that many people get the same message two or even three times. I prefer to avoid that. So after all I would post to the list from which I get most response.>>> I'm 100% in your shoes with my Rumiya, only istead of Slavi~ I need WestAsian~. I have not yet come to any reasonable solution. Your variant sounds good. But I'll try to experiment for a while by using *different* groups for discussing *different* aspects of the *same* language. You'll certainly get more qualified advices on Slavic part of Wenedyk at Slavi~, rather then at Romance~, and v.v. And the CONLANG List may be used in this case for more general discussions, IMMHO. <<<But then again, if such a regional list is dormant for a while, it certainly does not mean that it is dead.>>> Surely! <<<
> If you know any other Regional Conlang Workshop, just tell the Snakie!
Not regional, but there are a few other conlang groups as well: Langmaker 2, Artificial Language 2, Langmakercafe... The first two are quite active, although I fail to see any real difference with Conlang. And of course, there are groups in other languages than English: Ideolengua, Ougloupo>>> Wow! I'm everywhere (except Langmakercafe, and went nomail in Artificial-2 to avoid discussing politics)! But if there are no other "regional branches", then we have vacancies! NEEDED: Moderators and participants for not-yet-covered regions/families: -- Germanic; -- North Caucasian and Kartvelian; -- Black Africa; -- Paleo-Siberian and Native American; -- Australia et Oceania! Divide et impera? Shall I claim adding Armenian to my W.A.~, or give Pavel the chance to incorporate it in his Slavi~? <<< the Russian group you once linked me to (does it work BTW?)...>>> No. Too little ppl.
